House Cleaning Service in Amherst & Williamsville, NY
Recurring or one-time house cleaning for households across Amherst, Williamsville, Clarence, Getzville, East Amherst, and nearby WNY suburbs. Written checklists, scope confirmed before booking.
Standard residential cleaning is the most-booked service we offer. It’s the recurring schedule that keeps a home easier to live in — kitchens wiped down, bathrooms reset, floors handled, accessible surfaces dusted, and the everyday detail work done on a predictable cadence.
Most clients book a recurring slot (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly) once they’ve had the first clean. One-time cleans are also welcome — for guests visiting, post-event resets, or just an honest catch-up when the schedule got away from you.
Who books a standard clean
- Busy households who’d rather not give up Saturdays to scrubbing
- Working professionals and dual-income families on a recurring schedule
- Households with kids or pets that need consistent upkeep
- Anyone returning to a home after travel or a long week
- Smaller apartments and condos on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence
What a standard clean covers
- All accessible floors vacuumed (including under furniture), swept, and mopped
- Furniture, woodwork, shelves, door frames, window sills, banisters, and fireplace mantel dusted
- Stairs and furniture vacuumed
- Kitchen — countertops and backsplash cleaned; sinks cleaned and disinfected with chrome shined; appliance exteriors and stovetop (with drip pans) wiped; microwave cleaned inside and out; top of refrigerator wiped
- Bathrooms — tubs, showers, doors, tile, vanities, and toilets cleaned and disinfected; mirrors cleaned
- Bedrooms — beds made; furniture and décor dusted; empty closet floors vacuumed
- Wastebaskets and ashtrays emptied; bins relined with fresh bags
Add-ons available with extra scope
- Inside oven, inside refrigerator, or cabinet interiors
- Interior windows and window tracks
- Heavy pet hair or buildup beyond surface cleaning
- Add-on rooms not in the original quote (basements, bonus rooms, garages)
- Wall washing or scuff work beyond spot detail
What a standard clean doesn’t include
- Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning, or floor restoration
- Hoarding-level clutter, biohazard, or pest-affected spaces
- Mold remediation
- Hauling away furniture, boxes, or debris
- Exterior surfaces, garage interiors, or yard work
Recurring vs one-time
Most households start with one clean to lock in the scope and timing, then move to a recurring schedule. Recurring cleans are typically faster than the first visit because the home stays in better shape between visits — less buildup, less detail work to redo.
Recurring scheduling is weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. We can pause around vacations or holidays and pick up where you left off. Scope and pricing are confirmed before each booking.

How often should I schedule?
It depends on your household and lifestyle. Many homeowners do monthly cleanings to maintain a baseline. Households with children or pets often prefer weekly or bi-weekly. We can build a schedule around your needs — weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or one-time only.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you want used (allergy-friendly, fragrance-free, surface-specific), tell us on the quote form and we’ll work it in.
Should I tidy up before you arrive?
A full pre-clean isn’t needed, but removing personal belongings, piles of clutter, and dishes lets us get straight to work without spending time tidying around your items. Secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before we arrive.
Can the same cleaner come each visit?
Where staffing and routing allow, yes — we try to keep the same cleaner on a recurring assignment. If a cleaner is out or routing changes, a familiar replacement will pick up the schedule and follow the same written checklist.
What if I need to skip a cleaning?
Reach out as soon as you know. Reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee; cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled amount. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to adjust.
Do you charge a deep-clean fee on first visits?
First-time cleans typically take longer than a recurring visit because there’s more detail to catch up on. If the property condition or scope is materially different from what was described, we may quote a deep clean instead of a standard. Scope is confirmed before booking either way.
