About apartment cleaning
Do you handle small apartments and studios?
Yes. Studios and one-bedrooms are common. We scope and price by the unit’s actual size and condition, so a smaller place isn’t paying for time it doesn’t need.
What’s the difference between recurring apartment service and a turnover?
Recurring service is upkeep while a tenant lives there — surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, floors. A turnover is an empty-unit reset between tenants, which means we can clean inside cabinets, inside appliances, and along baseboards without working around someone’s furniture.
Can you handle access through a building entry system?
Yes. Tell us how access works on the quote form — lockbox, key, fob, or in-person handoff. Many buildings in Amherst, Clarence, Williamsville, and Getzville are familiar to us.
Do you work with small landlords on multiple units?
Yes. If you have a couple of units in our service area, we can work them into a route. Reach out and we’ll talk through the scope and scheduling.
