We do everything we can within the scope of a move-out clean. Whether a landlord returns the full deposit also depends on damage, repairs, wear-and-tear interpretation, and the specific lease terms — none of which the cleaner controls. We can’t guarantee deposit return, but a thorough move-out scope removes ‘cleaning’ as a deduction reason.
Should the property be empty?
Yes — move-out cleans are quoted as empty-property scope. Inside cabinets, behind appliances, corners, and floors are all part of the work, and they’re much easier to handle when belongings are out. If a few items remain, tell us on the quote form so we can plan.
Can you coordinate with the closing or key handoff?

Do you clean apartments and condos too?
