About move-out cleaning
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes — move-out cleaning is quoted as an empty-property scope. Furniture, personal items, and trash should be out before we arrive so we can reach inside cabinets, behind appliances, and along baseboards. If you need light cleanout support, tell us on the quote form so we can scope it in.
Will this be enough to get my deposit back?
Every landlord and lease is different. We can’t guarantee a deposit return, and we won’t make claims about specific outcomes. What we can do is leave the property in solid empty-property condition based on the scope confirmed before booking.
Can you coordinate with my closing date?
Yes. Tell us your move-out date, the closing or final walk-through date, and how access works. We’ll do our best to accommodate requested timing when the schedule allows. Availability depends on schedule, staffing, route timing, and scope.
Do you handle apartments and condos too?
Yes — apartments, condos, and houses all fit. Tell us bedrooms, bathrooms, and roughly the size on the quote form so we can quote it accurately.
