About move-in cleaning
Should the property be empty before you clean?
Empty is ideal. Move-in cleans are quoted as an empty-property scope so we can detail inside cabinets, appliances, and corners that get covered up once furniture is in. If you have a partial-load situation, tell us on the quote form and we’ll let you know what’s workable.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a target move-in date, reach out. Booking earlier means we can lock the slot you want. We will do our best to accommodate requested timing when the schedule allows; availability depends on schedule, staffing, route timing, and scope.
Do you clean inside the appliances?
Yes — inside refrigerator, freezer, and inside oven are part of the move-in scope by default. Inside cabinets and drawers are also included so you can load them straight away.
Can you coordinate with the closing or key handoff?
Yes. Tell us when you take possession of the property and how access will work (lockbox, key, in-person). We’ll work it into the schedule.
